Step 1 | Consultation

We begin by conducting a detailed consultation with the client to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for the project. This involves gathering information about the project's purpose, desired functionality, aesthetic preferences, and any specific constraints.

Step 2 | Design Development & Documentation

Once the client approves a design concept, we refine it further by creating detailed drawings, visualizations, and 3D models. We collaborate with structural engineers and consultants to integrate systems and address technical challenges. We prepare comprehensive construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Step 3 | Contractor Selection & Construction Administration

We assist the client in selecting a reputable contractor and act as a liaison during the construction phase. We monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and resolve any issues. We visit the construction site regularly and facilitate effective communication between the client and the contractor.

Step 4 | Project Completion & Handover

After construction is complete, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the built project matches the design intent. We address any outstanding items and deficiencies in collaboration with the client. Once satisfied, we facilitate the handover process, providing all relevant project documentation, warranties, and maintenance instructions.
